Changes after changes.

CHANGE, CHANGES, it happens all the time.
Inevitable.
We've got to get through it.
It's not the change that is tough, it's the transition.
The shock of it, then the denial of it, the whole depression state you go through and eventually letting it go.
That is if you ever let it go.
When will you ever come to terms with reality and leave the past behind?
When exactly do you know when you've gotten through this?
A whole emotional wreckage you go through and in the end does it make you a better, stronger person?
Or maybe you'll just be stuck in the denial phase, not wanting to accept the cold hard truth?
Or you're just pretending you've moved on, pretending you've accepted every single change life has put you through?

Learning about Change Management (in relation to an organization & individual) made me extremely emotional in class. It made think about my life, what I've been through. Class has made whatever I have in my head nicely drawn up to proper diagrams.

To know you've gotten through the change, you're suppose to be able to reflect about the change, whether it has brought you more goodness or plain harm? But you cant do anything if it's bad, you just have to adapt to all this changes & make the best of your life. We ain't got 1000 years to live. This is why mistakes aren't supposed to be repeated.
