alteration of the heart

Have you wished you didn't start or get involved in something (a situation perhaps) because of the end result or the consequences that arise? But then again if you didn't get involve, you wouldn't have experienced the happy sweet moments?

It's just awkward, really awkward. I guess it's all because of me right? The emotional baggage i brought along. But i have to say i never regret a single moment spent with him. The times we went out, the movies, the lunch, the dinner, the special occasions, the gifts, the cc ride. His sweetness, his gentleman-ness, the way he pulls me to one side cos there's traffic be it human or vehicle, or like "catch me when i fall" concept, holding my hand. Basically everything about him, with him and him.

the smile still warms my heart.
it's just that there's this wall/barrier thing going on.
like you dont know if it's forced/fake or sincere.
urghh. this feeling sucks.

cos im guilty.
